This article is for individuals nominated as signatories on an investment application.
When making an investment you can sign online using a few different options, depending on what the fund manager allows. This article will cover the Draw signature option. For information regarding other signing methods please refer to this article.

Instructions
- Review the application form you're about to sign. Note that some application forms require signatories to sign in more than one field. If you still need to sign any signature fields this bar will show numbers to indicate your progress (eg if two signatures are required and you've already applied one this bar will show Signature 2/2)
- Click Start in the blue bar when you're ready to sign. This will bring you to the first signature field. From here either click the Sign button in the blue bar or just click on the signature field itself.
- Select either Draw signature or Use your mobile phone to sign. The Draw signature option will allow you to draw your signature on the device you're currently using (eg with a mouse, touch screen, drawing tablet etc). The Use your mobile phone to sign option can be used to send a text message to your phone, allowing you to draw your signature with your phone's touch screen.
- Draw signature: Using the space available, draw your signature by holding down the left mouse button as you draw. Alternatively, if you have a touch screen, trackpad, or drawing tablet you may choose to use them instead of your mouse to draw your signature. Click Clear in the top right of the drawing area to start over, otherwise click Save & sign when you're done.
- Use your mobile phone to sign: A link will be texted to the mobile number associated with your account. Tap the link in your text to open the signing page within your preferred mobile browser. Select the Draw signature option, then draw your signature in the space provided. Tap Clear in the top right of the drawing area to start over, otherwise tap Save & sign when you're done.
- If you need to sign any additional fields click Next in the blue bar to locate the next signature field, then sign by either clicking Sign in the blue bar or by clicking the signature field itself.
- Once you have finished signing the application, review the application form, then click Done at the bottom of the page.
