When making an investment you can electronically sign online using a few different options. This article will cover the Sign with PIN option. For information regarding other signing methods please refer to this article.
Instructions
To use this option, please follow the steps below.
- When you arrive at the step to sign, review your application, then click Start. This will bring you to the first* signature field related to your investing entity.
- Either click Sign in the blue bar or click on the signature field itself to reveal the Select signature method menu.
- Click Sign with PIN.
- A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number attached to your Connexian account. If you do not receive the code press Send new PIN.
- Enter the 4-digit code, then click Confirm.
- View your signed document, then when you are ready click Done.
*please note that not all fund managers require multiple signatures for each signatory
