Editing an Entity/Client Profile

A Profile refers to a legal entity (including a company, superannuation fund, trust or a natural person).

Should an entity's details, address or tax file number change, you can easily manage these within Connexian.

Please note, however, that any changes made will only affect new applications, meaning any previous applications that have already been submitted/finalised will not be updated. If you need to change this information on an existing investment you will need to reach out to the relevant fund manager/registry/advisor for assistance. Once an application has been finalised it can no longer be edited from your end.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the Connexian Gateway
  2. Select Profiles in the left-hand side menu. If the menu is not expanded, click the hamburger icon in the top left corner.
  3. Click on the relevant entity within the list of profiles that appears.

From here there are a number of changes that can be made depending on the type of entity you are editing.
